Inner Self Wellness Refunds & Return Policy

We at Inner Self Wellness understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy for all physical products purchased on our website, www.innerself.co.za.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original packaging.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@innerself.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Store Credit or Exchanges

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least seven working days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your store credit or exchange has been processed.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain opened items, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below or via email to arrange a store credit or exchange.
